Strategy & Roadmap Sprint
From business problem to a costed, executable roadmap.
A timeboxed framing engagement, 2 to 4 weeks. I take one transformation topic, audit what is really there, choose the right technology, and hand you a costed, prioritised roadmap your teams can execute.

Most transformation projects do not fail at the execution stage. They fail earlier, in the framing: a scope defined by the loudest stakeholder, a platform chosen from a vendor's slide deck, a roadmap nobody costed. Six months later, the budget is spent and nothing has shipped.
The Sprint exists to prevent that. In 2 to 4 weeks, I take one topic: an eCommerce platform overhaul, an omnichannel program, a PIM or CRM selection, a first serious look at what AI could change in your operations. I interview your teams, map the processes as they actually run, evaluate the technology options against your reality, and build the roadmap: costed, sequenced, with the business case to defend it.
You get a plan your board can approve and your teams can execute, whether with me, with your integrator, or on your own. And that is the point of the format: a fixed price, a fixed duration, and a deliverable you own entirely. No dependency, no meter running.
If you then want the plan to land, that is a separate decision, and my Delivery & Program Leadership offer covers it. Twenty years of enterprise transformation, including as practice director at Deloitte Digital, taught me one thing: a strategy is worth nothing until it becomes concrete actions, with tools and owners and numbers. The Sprint is where that starts.
